This limited lifetime warranty is given to the original purchaser* only. Limited lifetime warranty applies only to complete interiors. Partial interiors are covered by our one-year limited warranty.

To the original purchaser, Evolution Aerostyling warrants the work completed by us against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary use. This warranty does not apply to failure that results from intentional damage, accidents, negligence, exposure, improper care and cleaning, failure to promptly report defects or unreasonable use. Parts and assemblies are covered by the original manufacturers warranty. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, improper cleaning, rental or commercial and institutional use. Repairs under this warranty performed by other than Evolution Aerostyling will not be reimbursed unless authorized prior to work being performed and accompanied by a written estimate. Changes or alterations to the originally completed work will void this warrranty as it applies to the changed or altered portions of the interior or other parts of the interior affected by the changes or alterations. Additional work performed which is not covered by this warranty will be done with original purchaser's approval at current rates.

In The Event Of Defects
Report any defects promptly to Evolution Aerostyling with proof of purchase. If a repair is covered under the warranty, and is necessary, arrangements will be made for scheduling the warranty repair. All repairs covered under warranty will be completed free of charge. All repairs will be completed within a reasonable period of time after Evolution Aerostyling has received the materials required to complete the warranty repair. The original purchaser will be responsible for transportation expenses to Evolution Aerostyling's facility, any required meals, lodging, travel and airfare or other incidental expenses to deliver or pick up aircraft for warranty repairs. We are not responsible for differences in color, texture or other conditions of replaced warranted materials due to changes in manufacturers processes, lot variations or discontinued colors or parts.

One-year Limited Warranty
Installed Cushions, Fabric/Leather and Metal Mechanical Parts, This one-year limited warranty is given to the original purchaser* only and applies to the installed cushion materials, upholstery fabrics, leather and any installed metal mechanical parts. Parts and assemblies are covered by the original manufacturers warranty.

Leathers
Leather is warranted for a period of one (1) year. No two pieces of leather are exactly alike. Variations and marks occur naturally and are not defects.

Filling Materials
Evolution Aerostyling warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against loss of resiliency of filling materials for one (1) year. Loss of cushion resilience should not be confused with slight softening and flattening of cushion foam and fibers as a result of normal use and aging. Cushion materials conform to the shape of the user and should not be considered manufacturing defects. Compressing of polyurethane foam with use is not considered loss of resiliency

Other Rights
These warranties give you specific legal rights and are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Claims Under This Warranty
In the event repairs are needed under this warranty, contact Evolution Aerostyling with proof of purchase.

Original Purchaser
These warranties are given only to the original retail purchaser and only apply as long as the original purchaser owns the aircraft. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the interior as long as it remains upholstered in the original materials, and is used under normal wear, in normal conditions.
