As a major refurbisher of Cessna 210 aircraft, we have learned a lot about what it takes to built a superior six place single engine aircraft. We start by taking the aircraft completely down to the bare bones. We completely remove the interior and strip the paint from the plane. The bare airframe is inspected and all non-airworthy discrepancies are repaired. Externally, all unused antennas and accessories are removed and flush patches installed. Internally, a complete corrosion inspection is performed and corrosion preventatives applied as needed.

The interior is completed with all new leather upholstery with wool carpeting. Our completely redesigned interior is installed. It includes our exclusive composite headliner which is fast becoming the most talked about Centurion modification to come along in years. It features LED lighting, vastly improved center aligned ventilation, easy access for maintenance and styling that brings it into the 21st century! It doesn't stop there. The old insulation is removed and new sound damping insulation is installed before any interior furnishings are installed . To start off the interior, the sweeping, fluid lines of the fully hand built side panels with real wood veneered accents with the chrome Centurion LS logo inlayed into the high gloss finish anchor the covered window panels. The seats are fully rebuilt from top to bottom. Our custom molded ergonomic seat foam with form fitting lumbar supports and side bolsters holds the back in a correct sitting position that helps eliminate the fatigue of long flights. The built in headrests are angled to provide better head support and the redesigned seat back allows for easy installation of in flight entertainment LCD monitors. Finishing the interior is tip sheared New Zealand wool carpeting surrounding polished seat tracks. The interior is installed using Rosen™ visors, all new hardware, new seat belts, new AirCraftDoorseals™ doors seals, new door scuff plates and polished door openings.

The exterior begins as a newly bare airframe. All plastic parts are inspected for damage and replaced as needed. New RMD Aircraft Lighting™ wing tips are installed. The windows are removed and replaced with new 1/4" UV blocking solar gray windows. The spinner is removed and polished to a mirror finish.

To prepare for the new paint, the aircraft is completely prepped and corrosion and minor cosmetic damage is repaired. The aluminum is alodine treated, and epoxy primed to prepare it for the AlumiGrip™ basecoat/clearcoat finish. During the paint process, all control surfaces, flaps and inspection panels are removed. Open holes are masked to prevent paint from entering areas where it should not be allowed to enter. The white and all striping is clear coated, not just the base color. After the finish is applied the entire aircraft is detailed to perfection. The edges of the newly installed windows are sealed to prevent water leaks and to seal the paint edge. All non-structural fasteners are replaced with new stainless steel hardware. Cowling fasteners are also replaced with philips head stainless CamLocs™. New exterior placards are installed to meet all FAA requirements. The final step is to check for proper control surface balance and reassemble the aircraft using new hardware. After inspection, all fasteners are thread locked for additional safety.

When all Interior and exterior operations are completed, all required log entries and FAA Form 337's are completed and filed. To ensure proper loading, the aircraft is weighed and a new true empty weight and balance is calculated. Every Centurion LS is backed with a limited lifetime warranty.
